Was not sure of how long Anadrol remains in the system,dotn want to take it at 5:30am if its not going to be effective later in the evening.

Sorry guys! I 'd much rather sit back and read then ask dumb questions but can't seem to find any psots that covered this. I think orals are only effective for a short time but want your expert opinions..........PLEASE :D :D :D

I pretty much started the same cycle you did about 2 months ago. I had 25 mg anadrol that I split through out the day. I always took one anadrol tab, one hour before I worked out. I believe that the half life on anadrol is around 4 to 4.5 hours. (Correct me if I am wrong). So I would agree with TTTT on this one. 1 hour before your work out.

you should also take with food. i just started the same cycle for weeks 1-4. i'm splitting the 50mg for wk 1, then increasing to 100mg wk 2-4.
anadrol didn't do me any good...... the water retention makes you bigger, but that goes away quick, and the shit is hard on the liver, I think I will kickstart my next cycle with d-bol.
