Caught at customs

Forget 1 vial of test enanthate when I went to go get needles and a syringe and on the way back I get searched and they found it. They just asked me what it was and how long have I been doing it and asked were I got it pretty much. No paper work, nothing. What do you think will happen?

The U.S customs searched my vehicle on a random search and found it and I live in the U.S.. I have no prior criminal history not even a speeding ticket.

I went to canada and come back on my way back U.S customs searched my vehicle while I sat inside.. and finally they came in and asked me what it was I said test e.. they researched it and found out it was a steroid.. they said were going to have to take it.. then they asked me where I got it and other information.. no paperwork or anything though.. I asked if I was going to get arrested and the lady said she didn't think they were going to plan on doing anything.. Should I be expecting anything in the future though like them knocking on my door or a letter saying come turn your self in? I just dont know whats going to happen.

You might get a fine (maybe around $500.00) or nothing at all but just remember everytime you cross again you are in the gov't system.

I played dumb so they don't know where I got it.. but I lead them in the direction of a scam site.. sort of.. wouldn't they have to fine me right then and their or w/e?.. so basically I could just get a fine or something without knowing in the future?

It doesn't sound like you'll get a criminal record.

However, I guarantee they red-flagged your file at the boarder... You should expect to be searched every time you cross now.. (similar to the way customs red-flags addresses that they intercept steroids for..)

Yeah they did tell me that they flagged me so I probably will be getting searched now but I really don't want to get a record or go to jail.

You wont get a criminal record unless they want to prosecute, which I seriously doubt they will. But I will not be able to apply to DHS for a job in future but you might be able to with other agency since they dont really talk to each other.

I don't want to work at customs nor DHS.. most drugs I think should be personal choice on their own free time especially steroids!.. But really, since they let me go without anything they can't really come back on me could they?

If they let him go he should be fine. My brother and I have both been busted a few times for a dimebag, and a few shrooms on a few occasions. They discarded the shit and we were good to go. This happened to me once, and him twice. This was about 8 years ago. I have not been harassed since then. You will be fine, but you need to be fvcking smarter next time

No shit i got caught with pot when i was like 20 and they wanted to let me go to. All i had to do is tell them where i got it. Needless to say i didnt get out of that.

Bro, I would worry about prosecution. It's based on financial merit. Call me a pragmatist. You got caught with a single vial of Test. It will cost the government $20K or more to put the legal wheel in motion, serve you, incarcerate you, prepare the prosecuting documents, depose the customs guards (guards get paid too during this whole deal), pay for the court, the judge, the prosecutor, etc. Honestly, you're too small of a fish. My buddy got caught with 4 preloaded syringe of sustanon coming out of mexico. Yeah that idiot got caught. Went to court and the judge basically told him not to do it again and threw the case out. I think you have to be hurting someone else besides yourself before they come after you. Just swallow the vial next time. LOL just kidding.
