    Can you get back size and strength you once had from a cycle naturally?

    Fellas, On your personal experiance I was just wondering what would be the best advice as to when to start my next cycle...

    I'm 25 my goals are to put on and keep as much weight as I can while maintaining speed and explosiveness.

    Previously I've done a cycle 2 years ago that conssited of sust. and prop to finish it off I went from 205-230 and did nolvadex and clomid for pct. during off season I slowly dropped weight and now I weight 215.

    I've just started training a week ago and just wanted to hear advice on how soon i can expect to get back up to 230 and eventually 240. I'm probably going to end up running prop and tbol for 10 weeks. I understand the term 'muscle memory' does this mean that since I was once 230 with proper training and diet i can get my weight back up with months of hard work?

    how tall are you? and bf%

    obviously if your goals 230 pounds, at 8%bf and 5'9 tall u might struggle lol

    but i think u could get your goals if realisistic without to many issues, obviousy if u run AAS its going to happen faster

    agree with above good diet and training will get u der no doubt

    I'm 6'2 and have a big frame I think I could eventually get up to 250 I've always had trouble consistently putting on weight and more importantly keeping it.

    I think I'm going to wait till febuary during the end of my maximum strength trianing phase, get up to 220-225 and then do a 10 week cycle to get the most out of it.
