Fellas, On your personal experiance I was just wondering what would be the best advice as to when to start my next cycle...
I'm 25 my goals are to put on and keep as much weight as I can while maintaining speed and explosiveness.
Previously I've done a cycle 2 years ago that conssited of sust. and prop to finish it off I went from 205-230 and did nolvadex and clomid for pct. during off season I slowly dropped weight and now I weight 215.
I've just started training a week ago and just wanted to hear advice on how soon i can expect to get back up to 230 and eventually 240. I'm probably going to end up running prop and tbol for 10 weeks. I understand the term 'muscle memory' does this mean that since I was once 230 with proper training and diet i can get my weight back up with months of hard work?
