using both hcg and nolva for pct q&a

im doing research here and coming across many contradictions.

first many people from older articles seem to think 1x aweek high dosages of hcg are the best route, while more recent seem to believe eod or 3x a week at low dosages are a better route.

i also see contradictions on when to administer hcg. i see some things say only on the cycle. i also see other things that say it should be the last quarter of the cycle and week after.

the final contradiction involves the overlap. some articles say uses the hcg and nolva together is fine, while others say that using them together renders both useless. even further it seems that some people say 3-4 days is enough time for hcg to clear your system before starting the nolva, and others say that 6-7 days are neccesary.

i have 5000 iu of hcg and 800mg of nolva i plan on using near summer time and would like to have my pct flawless by that time.

anyone care to clear this up, with some current relavent info?
