i have read alot of the posts on the board but have not came across one that refers to how good of gains you get just by taking insulin by itself, i heard you get awesome gains in size if you mx with an AS. thanks

Slin gives good gains no matter what a person takes it with or if its used alone! That is why they call it "the most anabolic hormone"
How would one take insulin? Is there different types?

Yes you do get good gains off of ins. There are a few types. There are all dangres as hell. But I use HUMALOG ins It exorbes

I only take 4 units a day. not a cc or you will be come hiper glycimic[ I don't know how to spell] You should take it right after you work out.With in ten min you need to drink or eat fast carbs candy, soda etc.And a half an hour after that you need to eat a meal. I'v been reading up on isulin lately too.
Like Vet said you have to combine it with extream carbs soon after taking.
From what i under stand it prevents breakdown of muscle protien and it works almost like HGH?
OH, I also read that when your sugar levels are high, then your muscles are less likly to take to glycogen. This is why higher carb diets alone do not allow the hardening of a low carb diet.
Any one know more about this?
i just got through reading this really long post about insulin i didnt see anything about humalog 75/25 or should i just stick with the regular humalog.
Use the regular Humalog. Humalog 75/25 is not suitable for this kind of usage, as it is a blend of fast and long acting insulin...
