Hey Guys i need some advice!
Ive been looking into ways to gain weight, mass and strength. I go to the gym 4 days a week drink 1 gallon of water a day, and intake roughly 75-80 grams of protein a day. Ive put on 12 pounds in 2 and a half months??? Truth be told im 6'4" 171lbs. I have until march 22nd to gain as much weight as i can. I was looking into dbol . I do know this is an extreme measure, but i want it. I just have no idea what to do.... Im not loaded($). Ive looked into just bying dbol, but ive read its bad to take it alone. Can someone tell me what and where to get what i need, then tell me how to use it???? I'd kill for 25+lbs between now and March 22nd. Thanks

Like any forum, people will help but expect you to read stickies before posting. Start here before posting more:

Sounds like you're routine is paying off since you're gaining a pound per week. You probably can see better gains with more protein. Also keep in mind that extra calories are needed not just adequate protein.

You need more protein. Bottom line. Eat better

Make a Dort where u eat 250 g of protein to the LEAST and come back if u don't gain ur good weight
