My buddy is interested in a cycle of this because of availability and I said that I would do some research for him. Most importatnly, this is his first cycle....

Hes 40 years old, 5'7 185 bf at 13% ( water tested ). His diet is clean and his training is solid. What is the dosage, duration, support, and pct that you guys reccomend for him? Thanks in advance....

Ok. We met last night and he was explaining how he was told to take it. He starts off by taking 1 shot per week and upping the dose every week. Meaning starting with 50 the first, 100 the second, 150 the 3rd up to 250 then stop there for the duration of the 12 weeks. Right then and there I told him to hold off until I research for him.

For what I know ( which is not that much ) for a first cycle I would do 500mg test e for 12 weeks, 2-250 shots per week like Monday and Thursday. Pct would be nolva @40/40/20/20 and clomid @100/100/50/50. How about the water rentention and would this be a good reccomendation?

No need to up the dose. Just have him take 500/week split into 2 shots on different days.

tht pyramiding is total crap, just inj 250 mon and thurs like with test e, u can inj 125 eod but in my personal exp it makes no diff at all

pct is fine, start pct 18 days afta last shot, i dont take anything for water as theres sod available to me apart from dandelion tabs

It would be wise for him to have an AI (like arimidex ) on hand as well
