Hi all,
Quick question with a breif bio. Kind of a dumb question actually but I couldn't find the answer in previous threads.
I've been working out for at least 10 years, off and on, but active 60% of the time. This year I learned about diet and implemented it into my program. It has been about 6 months now of strictly clean, bulk diet, as much as I can take in.
I had always been the same weight light and lean. Constantly hit plateaus that would discourage me. I dieted and ran a cycle. Fantastic results! Not a lot of gains, 8 lbs lean mass after all was said and done. At the peak I had gained 13lbs, mostly water.
I am now done with PCT, cycle, recovered and still dieting and in the gym. I lost a tiny bit of strength but most workouts are still at the same weight as the end of the cycle. This really shot my confidence through the roof and for the first time ever, I broke through my peak plateau. I regained my love of the gym.
Here we are months later, and every week same thing. No lost strength, no gained strength. I change up my workouts every month and have fallen back in the same track.
Long preface to this question: Is it possible to continue to make gains AFTER taking steroids? Will your body still grow or have I killed any possibility of growing bigger naturally? And no, I was not at my genetic potential.
