hey guys i got a friend who did his first cycle at 250mg/week for 10 weeks and he did not use a pct and he asked me what his second cycle should look like and i dont exactly have an answer so im turning to you guys.
he lost most of his gains and kept a bit of strength, i told him to run another test only cycle at 500mg/week for 12 weeks plus a pct is that his best bet?
