1st cycle confusion. Please help

Im starting my first cycle and am going to do Test e for 8-10 weeks 500mg a week. I am going to take hcg alongside it but am not sure when to start taking this during the cycle. Some people say after the 3rd week and some say after as a pct. Also isit worth me getting some nolva to help with estrogen?
Any answers or advise is greatly appriciated. Apologies if ive asked any stupid questions i am very new to steroids! Thanks

even if you are ready for steroids i wouldent worry about hcg with a dosage like that. If you get any majour shrinkage you could always incorporate some into your plan.

I disagree, you should use HCG during the cycle if you can.

Weight Just under 13 Stone
Body Fat: 8%
Years Training: Bout 2 properly

I have also done orals such as m1t and superdrol before
