    Test with joint pain (weird)

Hey all, have cycled on and off for many years, always haveing decent gains. I have had a problem this year. I had rotor cuff surgery which failed, but I went down to 125mg. test E. EW. I did this about a month before the surgery. Since the surgery failed I have not hit the gym nearly as hard. At the same time I have noticed that I have joint pain in knees, low back, upper back just in general joint pain all over. I have been cruising with 125mg EW. for a year know and still these symptoms persist. My traing has been very light almost non exsistent because of the pain.Has anyone had joint pain with these doses of Test only at this small amount. Can any vets let me know if there is some Test out there that could be giving people these symptoms. I want to train but the pain is keeping me back.

its not the test that is promoting the shoulder pain. i had a bad motorcycle wreck and fx my scapula and tore up my cuff also. it just comes with the nature. imo, start lifting low weight/high reps instead or you'll tear it up worse. if you wanna help loosen the joint, you may try taking deca as it does have many reported effects of a "good" feeling on dry joints(supposedly it lubes up the joints). i have tried deca since my wreck and i can tell a difference, if you need anymore help that i can try to give you pm bro

Can you comment on how you dose the Deca? How to dose it to support the joints (not gain) while stacked with Test? Would 100mg/week be too low?

imo, and what from others i know that have cycled deca at lower dosages while being on test, you can do 100-150mgs/wk and it HAS had some effects of cutting effects instead of mass bulking as it's known for. they prescribe a similar compound like this in 3rd country worlds for joint pain i read in an online medicine journal at around the same dosages. i would not go over the 150mgs, try 100 and work your way yup if you feel you aren't gettin the lubrication that it may bring? and referring to jpkman, there are no joints in the back, why do you ask?

I use to have alot of joint pain, In the last 4 years I have had Two shoulder(rott cuff) surgerys on my right side. Hip surgery(bone spur) and Herniated disc surgery on mt spine. It has been very hard to keep fat% down when out of action like this. I feel your pain bro, I know it is probably effecting your everyday life.

I have close to no pain now that I have been on GLUCOSAMINE HCI 1500mg with CHONDROITIN SULFATE 1200mg Its not cheap but you can get a great deal at costco or sams club. It will take a month of taking it on a regular basis before you notice any relief.

Hey man you need to really take it easy lifting with that shoulder you can make it much worse and will eventually get a serious case of bursitis which is a real bitch. I am speaking from EXP.

Alays ICE and pop anti inflamitorys/ibuprofen after you train.

The problem I have with that is this compound, same as with fish oil, is derived from shell fish / fish that may have high concentrations of heavy metals, especially in the doses we need for it to be helpful. It's therefore essential you get high end brand product (not shit from Cosco or Sams club).
