Should I bulk or cut? first cycle
I'm on 13% BF 183 pounds. Have not done an anabolic cycle before.
I have been stuck on 13% for 3 Months despite manipulating my calorie intake, upping my protein intake, reducing my cardio. Everything one might consider naturally to break a plateau.
I was once 33+% Bodyfat and 290 pounds so I think thats the reason why I'm having so much difficulty getting below 13% naturally.
So this leaves the question. Should I try and go on an anabolic bulking cycle and try get some muscle mass, which would make it easier in a few months to get below 13? The only cycle I might have available for this is sus250/dbol /proviron .
Or should I keep cutting, using a cutting cycle like anavar plus t3/clen to get to 10% or even lower first. (I realise the estrogenic side effects might be too much on a bulking cycle like the above.

bulk or cut is really on your diet and not on the gear, different types of gear will cause you to hold water but it really depends on the how you eat and the amount of cardio you do but you really should know this since you cut down so much. If you take the time to read you will know which one to run for yourfirst cycle.. once you answer the questions come up with a plan and post it and we will help you make sure it is right....

im 25 and 6'4. I can assure you I am very, very well versed in what it takes to cut on the natural scene having done so for many years successfully, I just cant seem to go lower than 13% despite changing my diet and exercise.
I'm educated on anabolic steroids however I dont feel I have insight into how much my metabolic rate will change as a result of bulking up. The insight experienced users would have.
