    Clen/T3 cycle question

    within the next 2 weeks im going to bet starting my clen /t3 cycle, my plan is to do the continuous style cycle with the aid of benadryl.

    im not going to be taking aas even though im aware its advised with t3, i will be follwoing a 40-20-30 of protein, carbs, fats diet. Im hoping that the extra protein will negate the amount of muscle loss with t3 which is my first question will it aid in keeping my muslce?

    second question can anyone advise me on the benadryl dosing? each tablet has 25mg of diphenhydramine.

    my stats by the way are 230lbs, 5'7ish. and anywhere between 25-29 %bf and im hoping for around 200lbs and 12-14% bf

    ok so i figured out the benadryl dosing i think, ive read through a bunch of threads here and all over and everyone says 50mg-100mg at night.

    anyone have some input on the t3 question?

    Sorry to ask but what's your diet like??? Pointless to start this cycle without that in check first.

    thats what im spending my today doing actually. i should be getting my stuff wednesday so i figured id have my diet ready start it wednesday then start my cycle next wednesday most likely if not a little later.

    this is a previous diet i did when i cut dropped from probably around the same weight maybe a couple lbs less to a steady 192lbs


    2scoop shake w/milk
    English muffin jelly butter
    2scoop shake w/milk
    peanut butter jelly sandwich
    post workout shake
    ham sandwich
    family mea
    totals 2394 177 135 62

    now ill be replacing that pbj with grilled chicken or a turkey sandwich, same for the ham sandwich, english muffin will probably be a shake and raisin bran, and ill be tossing in chicken and steak dishes

    i put everything in a spreadsheet print a copy or 2 out and keep 1 in the kitchen and 1 in my room and follow it exactly.

    everything is somewhat already there i just have to manipulate some of the meals times macros etc

    cut the English muffin, cut the pb and jelly....eat chicken, steak, turkey or fish fillets instead of that crap. For a meal other then PB and J i would have 2 scoops whey, 2 tsp natural pb. English muffin and pb and j sandwiches are garbage nutritionally.

    i was going to cut those 2 and thanks for the tips...not a fan of fish which kills me but i can do tuna with a little mayo and vinegar.

    as for shakes im trying to limit that so one with breakfast and a PWO then ill keep that last one free.

    also i figure since my bodys gonna be ripping through calories, steady state cardio would be best?

    Just do any cardio...doesn't matter.
