within the next 2 weeks im going to bet starting my clen/t3 cycle, my plan is to do the continuous style cycle with the aid of benadryl.
im not going to be taking aas even though im aware its advised with t3, i will be follwoing a 40-20-30 of protein, carbs, fats diet. Im hoping that the extra protein will negate the amount of muscle loss with t3 which is my first question will it aid in keeping my muslce?
second question can anyone advise me on the benadryl dosing? each tablet has 25mg of diphenhydramine.
my stats by the way are 230lbs, 5'7ish. and anywhere between 25-29 %bf and im hoping for around 200lbs and 12-14% bf
