    Track and Field Athlete Questions

Hi Everyone. I am new to this forum has well has anabolics I have done a fair bit of research on these drugs but I would like some personal experience added in here for me to make some decisions.

I am 6 feet tall, 245lbs, I have a background in powerlifting as well has track and field I have always done well in the lifting areas I have a 400lb bench, 500lb squat, and 275 powerclean all raw no drugs I have a 19% body fat I I have been a national champion in track and field for 3 years and I would like your opinion on what to take I am a Discus thrower 21 years old very disciplined would like to know what products you would recomend for SPEED, and Stregnth

My workouts typically run with plyos, sprints, along side the weight training. Can any of you say you have gotten any speed benifits from these products while training specifically for speed. Any info greatly appreciated thanks for your time in advance.

Your BF is too high to be cycling safely right now.

You would need to cut down to ~14% naturally before you should consider doing steroids . Otherwise you will put yourself at risk for gyno related issues (bitch-tits )

Not to mention, you should probably wait a couple more years, you're still pretty young!

Thanks for the information. Now would this be a concern using Halo and Anavar or would you say pretty much everything containing test could cause gyno related issues.

Okay so then a strong man competitor who has lets say a 25-30% body fat percentage should not use gear to aid competiting at a high level - in turn this would negativly effect his blood pressure, cholesterol, and his gyno possiblities - just asking or would you say it is more based on age because a 25 year old males testosterone will be on the down hill but a 21 yearold will still have at least 4-6 years of natural testosterone running through his body to achieve higher results based on diet, weight training regimine and self education.

What's your distances in Discus? I used to throw javelin, back in high school. Nothing major like 50m. Gotta love the throws.

58 meters best in the discus need a 62.50 for my countries B standard. 64.50 is A standard for the olympics.

yeah, i know what you mean. javelin was something like 86 for olympics, so it was really a pipe dream for me. The guy i competed against eventually threw over 90 and made it to the olympics. he was nearly 7' tall. Javelin you need the height to pull it.

i coulnd't hold the 1.6kg discuss, let alone the 2kg. i was not built for the throws but i did love them so. best of luck on your continued competitions.

How were you on the shot? ever thought of the hammer? i loved the hammer. i did a bit of weighted throw at university (indoors) but again, i wasn't built for it.

I appreciate the advice. What are your thoughts on Halo and how good are the strength gains money is not the issue so would like your thoughts on a cycle for a discus thrower based on speed and strength aspects as well has how to lay it out and PCT for it.

    Thanks

are you not tested for drugs? I care less about your BF than your age. 21 is considered to young by many. You want to be fully developed physically and hormonaly before you start this stuff. read up on here for a bit and learn the basics.
