Thread: Filtered needle?

  1. #1

    Question Filtered needle?

Should I use a filtered needle to draw from an ampule? Some say little pieces of glass drop in. others tell me it's not necessary.

shite i dont even know what the hell a filtered needle is LOL

just make sure you pop of the amp correct so no shards of glass get in that way. use a normal needle, be careful not to bump it against the amp cuz pieces can shave off and get in that way. be careful doing it and you ll be straight

when u draw it out, switch needles for the injection and you ll be g2g

When they use glass to make stuff like ampules or car windows, they take into account how big the shards will be if the glass smashes.

For car windows, you'll notice that the glass shatters into really tiny little pieces, and that's to stop you getting stabbed by a big shard of glass.

For ampules, the shards are way too big to get sucked up into a syringe.
