    first cycle-12 weeks-opinions

i was talking to my trainer and he recommended to run this cycle as a first cycle

week 1-6 test prop and test Enan
week 6-12 test enan and tren ace

clomid or nolvadex at 10mgs/day throughout the whole cycle
    and after as well

    test prop - everyday
    test enan - 2 times a week
    tren ace - 2 times a week

    stats
    6'3
    210lbs
    23 years old
already taken , anavar and winstrol before

would you recommend this or not
my goal is to get lean and ripped but the reason why i have it split like this cause im gonna start 6 weeks before my mma fight and im gonna be fighting at 185lbs....i know its all about the diet as well

i just want opinions on the cycle

    thank you

I wouldn't take any more cycle advice from your trainer.

Not every trainer is a good one, unfortunately you can't trust everything they say.

That looks like a hell of a lot of compounds for a first cycle. Do like me and the others that listen and want to be around for a while. Run Test E, and only Test E. Also, that pct is pretty low imo. ALso, do not need to run clomid and nolva throughout cycle. Save your Nolva in case you need it for estrogen control during cycle. Also, add two more years to your life before you start.

Do Test Enanthate for weeks 1-12. Save the tren a, and the prop for future cycles. Get more clomid and look into hcg . More Nolva, or A-Dex.

These are all just opinions of mine, because I just started my first cycle. This is just my understanding of now. I do not think you should do that cycle at all. I just wanna be a little constructive with my input, so I did

I agree with bigkuntry, for the first cycle you should just run Test E 500mg/wk for 12 weeks. Then PCT with Nolva and Clomid. Just keep it simple. If you're going to get sides you want to know what caused them. It's normally not a good idea to stack compounds on the first cycle. To be fair, I stacked on my first cycle and got chewed out by some of the same guys that responded to you. They know their stuff so I won't make that mistake again.

I'm wondering the same thing. Tren is NOT for beginners. It blows my mind that your trainer even mentioned it to you. He obviously has no clue what he's talking about, or he does and does not care in lieu of making money.
I usually find the latter of which to be the case with trainers.

Never take advice from someone who stands to gain from it.

Since you're training for a fight, you shouldn't be concerned with looking "lean and ripped", you should be concerned with your training. Your body will follow. You don't need to be messing with AAS, you're so young. Why handicap yourself early in your career as a fighter?
