    T-Bol and Var cycle

    I've tried searching for this cycle on here, I know its been mentioned and discussed alot but I can't seem to use the search engine properly (it hardly comes up with anything relevant).
    I've done two previous cycles of test enth and then test enth with d-bol. This was about 3 years ago now. Been lifting naturaly and getting the body fat down since. I'm 27, 5'10'', 180-185lb, 10-11% b/f, train 4-5 times a week. Diets good and clean although I admitt I don't eat enough cals or protein 'but' I'm not looking to get huge or even much bigger than I am. Much prefer the gymnast/more natural look. I'm getting in oats, eggs, tuna, salmon, brown rice, brown bread, cottage cheese, beef, chicken, veg, salad and fruit as well as the usual 50g of whey (ON) shakes. I probably take in around 250g of protein ed.
    I'm looking to do a T-bol and var cycle. Just thought I'd put it to you to see what you guys thought before I buy and start.
    Was thinking 30mg of t-bol and 60mg of var ed for about 5 weeks. Then just nolva for PCT for 4 weeks. Maybe use some clen at the same time and some milk thistle afterwards.
    Looking for strength, definition, fat loss and a few extra pounds of lean mass.
    Hair loss is a slight concern to me as I've started to receed this past year. Also, I had a strange case of gyno coming off the back of a superdrol cycle - about a year and a half after my proper AAS cycles. During and after the test enth and test enth with d-bol I had no sign of gyno at all.

    Thats a pretty weak cycle dude but I guess if this is all you want (Looking for strength, definition, fat loss and a few extra pounds of lean mass) then it may be OK but how much you gain and how long you keep it is the question. I dont think five weeks is anywhere near long enough to get any real benefit either.

    I thought these doses were about the 'norm' for these two steroids? I would prefer to keep the cycle "short" but I don't want to be wasting my time at the same time so maybe I'll add an extra week. Thanks for you input mate.

    What I dont understand is "small" goals that include expensive gear?

    obviously you know orals are hard on liver and lipid profiles. and that using injectables or stacking an oral+inj would give far better results. but if this is what you want, i would make the cycle at least 8 weeks.

    if only oral, i would do:
    W1: Anavar 40mg Dbol 20mg
    W2: Anavar 40mg Dbol 20mg
    W3: Anavar 40mg Dbol 20mg
    W4: Anavar 40mg Tbol 40mg
    W5: Anavar 40mg Tbol 40mg
    W6: Anavar 40mg Tbol 40mg
    W7: Anavar 40mg Tbol 40mg
    W8: Anavar 40mg Tbol 40mg

    Diet: eat like an horse W1-4 (try to get 3LB/week increase). At end of week 4 you should be 12 LB heavy (but some will be water and fat) but since dbol is low dose and anavar big dose, hopefully not too much bloat/water/fat.

    From W5-W8 you eat less (basically you try to keep the weight or lose just 1 LB/week). eventually add some clen/T3 in this period.

    It's an oral cycle and it will shut your HPTA down big time. So i would check blood every 10 days (lipid profile and liver values).

    For the targets you mentioned, you need no t-bol but to increase your var intake.
    Add some mesterolone with and your pct will be much easier.

    OP may as well do a var only cycle. you re gonna be spending the same amount of money and should get the gains you re wanting

    that 8 weeks cycle you re now proposing with the dbol is not a good idea

    Thanks for the replys guys.
    I want to do something mild and with very little estrogen conversion so I want to avoid drugs like test and d-bol. Lean mass, definition and fat loss is what I'm looking for.
    I've noticed alot of people doing the t-bol and var combo so I thought it would be a good way to go. I may just go with the var alone. Idealy I'd like to run var and test prop but I don't want to run any test for the additional estrogen it will give.
    So what do you think guys - t-bol and var or just var alone?

    did 20var 30 tbol wk 1 then 30 var 40 tbol wk 2 then did var 40 and 50tbol for 8 weeks..gained 7kgs..tight and hard look..only thing is i used transdermal bioidentical test at 200mg per day for 2 weeks then 400mg per day for 4 weeks and then taper to 200mg for 2 more weeks.. this ensured no lethargy,extremely good libido and great mood.
