Cardio to help Blood Pressure while on 600mg test?

    Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone had any experience with high BP in this situation, and if bumping up my cardio could help make it a safer ride.

    Current stats:

    5’8”

    215

    18% BF.

Gotten pretty out of shape since last time, so this is my get back into shape quick cycle.

Running test-C at 600mg for the next 10 Weeks, after the first two weeks my BP has gone up to about 150/90.

I do get some bloat at anything over 400mg, and right now I am a pink faced bullfrog. I prefer not to use AI’s as they tend to kill my gains in strength. I’m ok with elevated E2, so long as my nipples are not too itchy. Holding Water does tend to make my lifts better in the gym (not sure as to why though), and I would like to cut my BP down some with cardio alone (as in no other drugs or supps, no AI), if that is possible.

What I need to know is if anyone else has had experience with high BP on test, and if they were able to get it down with cardio alone?

As a natural endomorph I feel I could easily sacrifice the calories and still make gains. Would an hour ED on the treadmill at a marching pace be sufficient to lower the BP back into the safe range?

OR is there no amount of cardio that would help with the BP being elevated since the origin is hormonal?

Go easy on the salt and you can do an Ai .25mg of arimidex every two or three days it might take off enough water to keep your bp lower. so your gains shouldnt be affected to much

^good advice. increase H2O intake as well. I doubt the cardio is gonna help if the culprit is water retention. its putting pressure on your circulatory system. if you use an AI correctly i doubt you'll see any noticeable hindering of gains.
