    First Timer/need advice

    36 yrs. old
    6ft. 1
    240 pounds
    I am starting a cycle for the first time EVER and need some real info.. I have been lifting pretty much my whole life and I could never pack on any muscle, I lift and get strong but still pretty much the same size. I have talked to alot of people and they tell me I am a hard gainer and that is why I dont put on any size and that is why I am going to do the cycle.

    I am using test e @ 1cc and my question is this, in your opinion is this something you would recommend for someone in my situation and is worth my time going through with it. I want to know also if the dose is to low or do I need to stack it with something like winstrol .

    When should I start the pct and what should I use?

    Simple answer, dont cycle, just eat more and gain some weight

    Untill your diet is right you wont make gains on a cycle

    Seriously if you have never gained any size u dont need to start AAS, sort your diet and training out, put on some muscle first.

    I have tried just about evrything. eating right(diet), protein drinks,everything GNC had to offer, and tried things off of body builders.com, etc... so being 240 is not sufficient enough as far as weight. I am going to do the cycle just need some sound advice and answers. I eat alot of chicken, veggies, fish, and still do the protein drinks..

    If your goals are to gain weight then i think you first need to focus on sorting out your diet before you decide to cycle. Just taking the gear will not magically make you gain muscle, if you have never been able to put on size then there is a fundemantal problem with either your diet or training, probalby diet tho as chicken veggies and fish are not optimal for weight gain.

    post a tipical diet up for us to have a look at, ill try and help you out

    also ur training info and what are your goals.

    you say you can't pack on muscle....but you're 6'1 240lbs?

    either you're delusional and big, or you have a high body fat %


    Also you ask about dosing test e 1 cc....what is the Test Dosed at? How often do you pin? Are you actually on this cycle right now?

    If so, please list your cycle plan + PCT

    That is correct I cant pack on the muscle that I want and I am not delusional and yes 6'1 240. I have some belly fat but that is about it. The test that I am going to use is test 200 (have not used it yet), I was waiting to see what you guys would advise and what you thought.
    I have never pinned before but I have done my buddies and seeing the results they had is what sort of lead me to where I am now.

    The cycle they was telling me to do was 1cc a week for eight weeks and they have given no insight on the pct i should follow, so I am confused.

    two shots a week, 250mg every 3.5 days (so 500mg every week)

    Get your diet in order, plenty of people here will help you just sometimes gotta fight with them.

    PCT

    2 weeks after your last shot start
    (these are taken together for a total duration of 4 weeks)
    Nolvadex at 40mg for 2 weeks then 20mg for 2 weeks
    Clomid at 100mg for 2 weeks then 50mg for 2 weeks


    Dont just jump on this advice and use it, I am very new to the world of AAS and NO ONE should ever follow my advice with no other people chiming in this is just the basics of what I typically see people say around here, use this as a starting point and get advice from there. Its usually easier to get peoples advice when you have a full plan laid out.
