My pusle has been around 100 for the past week and it's starting to worry me.
I'm on 500mg of prop a week 400 mast and 400 npp
other than deep breathing is there anything I can take to help.
I come off in 5 weeks and j really don't want to ditch this cycle.
I do cardio every morning except the weekends.
Not sure why my pusle is up but I need to do somthing about it.
high pulse could be caused by high blood pressure that is probably pressent due to the compounds you are running.
Taking asprin has been shown to reduce blood pressure.

Aspirin and arimidex does the trick for me. Also pinning more often tend to help-more stable blood values. Avoid salt and coffee.

Eggplant juice once a day for 7 days helps me while on. You gotta blend it up with water and strain the shit out of it to get all the juice out. It works really well, it's some jungle trick from Colombia that my ex told me about. The taste at first isnt great, but you get used to it quickly and you just chug it.
Try mixing it with OJ or some other juice.
