I really want to start back up in taking steroids but im not really clued up on what to use, so what better place to ask than here...
Im 6 foot 3 an weigh around 16 stone so as you can imagine im not the smallest of folks, but im really wanting to tone up but also keep my existing size without gettin to much more bulkier, I am dedicated to using the gym 5-6 times a week aswell as doing cardio after every workout as i have been for the past year or so, an would really appreciate your advice if anyone could recommend a cycle i could take and maybe also point me in the right direction with which type of diet i should be eating...
