    The end of steroids???

Twas having a look into Myostatin and how it inhibits muscle growth at what it has done to cattle ie the Belgian blue. If they made a myostatin inhibitor do you recon it could end the use of steroids ???

No. People would still use. There are far to many people out there that have been using aas for a long time and have tons of experince and knowlage. I don't think they would dop this for a supp that no one has experince. Plus the price would be a
factor. Also the long term effect will be even more unknowen than aas.

It inhibits myostatin, which deregulates muscle growth. As far as I know, the only legitimate myostatin inhibitor is in clinical trials and can only be administered via IV. To top it off, it seems like thered be no way to control growth? I don't think the majority of healthy people would want that. With AAS we can fine tune and control what we are doing, with MI who knows what could happen. Not to mention you're screwing with your DNA...do you really want to do that?

Actually, myostatin inhibits/limits muscle growth. There is an interesting article in the December issue of Muscular Development concerning myostatin.

There is a product now available, Myo-T12 that claims to reduce serum myostatin by 46% in clinical trials. Info is available at www.myot12.com

Im actually thinking of trying this during my off season bulk.

I am confused. I thought it promotes muscle growth. Why would you take it if it inhibits muscle growth?

its only a matter of time before they perfect it. this would be a huge advancement, in treating muscle wasting diseases. and then of course, it will cross translate to rec users as well. i just hope we see it in our lifetime.
