3rd shift cycle time

im planning on running a newb cycle but i work a 3rd shift schedule.
400mgs test cy 11 weeks
20mg dbol 4weeks
tamoxifen 3days after last test shot

i work 11pm to 7am. what would be a good time to inject and eat my dbol? and what is a good time to work out? id prefer directly after work in the morning.
stats if needed are 5'11 175 30yrs low body fat and insulin dependant

I would try and gain a couple more pounds naturally before jumping on this cycle... but you're old enough to make your own decisions.

First off, 20mg isn't going to cut it. That's a very low dosage. I would bump it up to 40mg each day. Take the d-bol every 4 - 6 hours throughout the day. (IE) 10mg morning (7am), 10mg afternoon (1pm), etc.. etc..

That PCT is subpar...

Run this:

(weeks 14 - 18) Nolvadex @ 40/40/20/20mg
(weeks 14 - 18) Clomid @ 100/50/50/25mg

^^ you don't start your PCT "3 days after last test shot" you start it 3 WEEKS after your last test-cyp shot.

He could start 15 days after last shot. It's only one mre carbon in the ester than enanthate anyways. And 20mg of dbol is quite sufficient for someone who's never cycled, keep in mind he's a small fellow. To OP follow the pct that was laid out.

i see alot of people talkin about test e and prop, but not much mention of the test cy..why is that? whats the advantage of either other than the prop i know u have to pin yaself more often

You will get the same answer that test is test the main difference is in the esters. That's why prop needs to be injected ED or EOD and Test E is every 3.5 days... So your PCT starts after the test is out of your system and this is based on the ester
