Hello All. First, a little background: I am 37 years old. I weighed 214 6 months ago and really started hitting the gym to burn fat and start getting into shape. I'm down to 190 and want to start building some solid lean mass and continue to burn the fat. After doing quite a bit of research and talking to some friends who have cycled before, I decided to do an 8-week cycle of Test. Enth. with the normal protein shakes, followed by Clomid PCT. My questions are:
What kind of gains can I expect assuming 6 hours per week in the gym?
I plan to really work cardio as well to minimize water retention. Good idea or bad? Why or why not?
How long after cycle do I wait to start PCT?
I appreciate the knowledge share here and am open to any other input you feel would be beneficial.
