help
hi ive been training 4 a couple years now and 2 weeks ago i stared my first cycle , according 2 the guy in the gym the cylce he put me was the right one 4 me...?
250mg sus, 200mg deca per week, 20mg a day of dianobol and 20mg anti estrogen (tamoxyfen) i was just wondering if any 1 thinks this was ok and when should i expect 2 see any gains?

review my post and provide us that info. pct is "post cycle therapy ", you never want to cycle without that.

the guy who sold it 2 me owns the gym and sales it 2 quite a lot people in there so i would like 2 think i can trust him

what if my diet doesn't (suck) im actually eating well throught out the day and drink shakes 3-4 times a day also training 5 days a week ive put on a few pounds, all i wanted 2 no if what i was doing seemed right 2 others im open 2 comments but also want some advice plz...

ok for starters, list your daily diet, in detail.
no, what you're doing isn't right. that's not a good first cycle, you don't have a natural base, you have no pct, you will likely hurt yourself if you continue on the path you're on.
