21 gauge 1.5" glute?

What size needle do you guys use for the GLUTES? How offen do you change it up from glutes to legs ect how manny cc's in one area? Thanks for the info.

I have 21gauge 1.5" and i use to use a 22gauge 1"

I was thinking about getting some 23g 1" for glutes and legs and alternating shots. glutes i do up to 3cc have done 4cc twice i was running out of needles. I have never done legs I want to can I use the 21g for legs? or should i get a smaller needle? Thanks

I dart my shot in kinda fast like in a hospital. never feel any pain.

Why use a 21 gauge when a 23 will work? I use to do a lot of 4cc glute injections and I still have a lump of scar tissue 14 years later. I would try to keep it to 2cc.

ive definitely got some scar tissue in my quad where i injected 6cc of 50mg/ml of veterinary equipoise. i would definitely keep the volume of fluid going into any muscle at 2cc or less

25ga. x 1.5" in glutes. Never more than 2cc at a time. You need that length to get it deep enough into the muscle. If you go sub-q, it's gonna hurt bad.

I agree with Redz. Glutes are a great place to inject, IF you find the right spot. If you miss, well............

I use 20 X 1-1/2 for glutes.(I know, I feel nothing)

23 X 1 for thighs

slin pins for HCG

But, will use 25 X 1-1/2 for H20 based gear.

23g is what we use.
21g could get painful and cause scar tissue over time.
