    a-drol and d-bol keep gains

    heres my question everyone says that a-drol and dianabol have horrible keep gains but the thing is, is that i suppose if u run a-drol only or d-bol for less then 6 weeks you would have horrible keep gains because much of the gains would of simply been the water, but if u run it for 12 weeks i suppose and yes i know its real bad on the liver you probably wouldn't lose nearly as much because most of it would be solid muscle? the real reason i believe people say a-drol and d-bol have bad keep gains is cuz everyone runs it for less then 6 weeks if they take it by itself so most gains woulda been water anyways.

    so basicly the question is does anyone think a 12 week cycle of a-drol with a good pct could yield some decent keep gains?

    one thing i've noticed with bad keep gain steroids, which people think will make u lose all ur muscle after u go off, is that they tend to have high water retention as well so perhaps people many times confuse the water loss for muscle?

    and yes...

    i know a-drol is real bad for liver
    i know everyone says a-drol only cycles suck

    so plz don't mention this on the thread that isn't my question

    more bloat

    more fat

    higher bp

    higher cholestrol

    gyno(dbol)

    dammage to liver

    now am sure the side effects outweigh the benifits,dont you agree?

    i know some that do 4-6 week cycles of dbol at 60mgs per day with .5 adex evey other day with a super clean diet and they have nice gains ,if you know what your doing you can get some keepable gains from these compounds.

    and what do u mean by keepable? 50% of gains 60%? and doesn't a-drol eventually stop bloating u more around like week 4-7?

    Well if you run it at the beginning of a cycle with a testosterone base then you should not loose any of those gains just the water. All its good for IMO is the first month when you are basically not getting much waiting for those long eters to kick in then get off and let the injectables do the work.

    B A D news. I have yet to meet someone who kept majoirity of their gains on Dbol/Adrol even with proper PCT, diet and exercise... Leave that shit for the money making atheletes

    im gonna do

    test e or c 750mg a week followed by pct after 2 weeks

    Not if your diet and training are on point! I would run adex w/ drol though to help keep the water at bay. Also, if you run drol at a low body fat (8-10%) you can have lean gains from it...I am right now!
