    Drol or Dbol timing..

    hey guys.. is there big difference between taking drol or dbol 1-2 times a day or spilt to 4-5 dose throughout the day?

    I'll be running either drol 75mg or dbol 30mg/day for first 4 weeks with test 750mg/wk for 12 weeks with Hcg 500-600/wk till pct...

    u shoould split ur dbol dosage up into 3-4 dosages evenly spread throughout the day

    i did mine, breakfast, lunch, afternoon, dinner

    as for drol, split it into 2 doses a day

    easy way is breakfast and late afternoon or dinner

    thank you sir.. 5 doses would be too much?

    like 7:30 breakfast, 12pm lunch , 2pm before workout, 6pm:dinner, 11pm before bed.. or i should skip before workout and take one at 4pm with PWO meal...

    since dbol has a short active life the better u spread it out the better off you are (to a point)

    5 doses of dbol is fine, however personally i think 4 is more then enough, since your only running 30mg it makes it hard speading it out over 5 doses

    personaly i would spread the doses into 5 if i was running 40mg of dbol

    i also probably wouldnt take dbol before bed since it can raises up Blood pressure when it kicks in and does have give a dbol pump within an hour of consumption, so itll make sleeping a little harder then normal

    take ur last dose of dbol at dinner just so u avoid it making ur life difficult to sleep, last thing u want is to take ur dbol before bed, and then go to bed and then feel the dbol kick in and be tensing ur bicep for the next few hours feeling the pump

    I believe d-bol and drol have the same half-life, so split the drol up into several doses like the d-bol...cut the a bombs in half so this can be accomplished.

    Split your dosages for best results.
    ANADROL: AM/PM
    DBOL: AM/NOON/PM 45min before training.
