Background & Goals:
I am trying to put together my second cycle and need some good advice. I have been working out since I was 17. I am in very good shape but want to get to that next level and I feel I have platoed the past few years. I am not looking to put on a lot of size but to just get more cut and ripped. My body fat now is approx 9 or 10 percent. I would like to cut it to about 6 or 7 percent and be 215 to 220 and solid.
I did one cycle this past summer. Whinny 50mg/ED for 6 weeks. It was just OK. One thing I regret is that I did not use clomid or anything after and it took me a while to get back to normal.
Any advice on my second cycle and dosages?
