    First timer

    Hello all,

I have been training for around 18 months 4 days a week and havent changed one bit, I do heavy compound exercises on a upper/lower spilt and have been on a no carb diet for the last month with no change in weight at all, I`m 6ft, 236lb and 31... my aim is to lose body fat of which i`m carrying far too much and it`s getting to the point where i`m going to have to either give up or go to the next level to reach my goals...

I am stong enough and have got to the point where i`m getting injured all the time thru lifting the weights i lift.

I`d like to know if theres anything i can take to help me cut up and lose the fat, i`ve tried epherdrine and winnie and both did nothing for me apart from make me feel like s@it, I have heard about 1rip200 which alot of ppl use before comps for cutting up, Would i benefit of this? and if not is there anything you can suggest to me for losing the fat as it`s really pi@@ing me off now, i just about live in the gym but havent changed one bit same weight and same measurements...

This is my first post, hope someone can help me.

I believe you're in the wrong section here. You need to go to the diet section and post an example of what you eat each day so others can help you. You won't find any effectiveness in AAS until your diet is correct. Walt Disney is magical, not AAS.

Sounds like you need a new exercise routine and diet.

If you are getting injured all the time, then you are doing something wrong. If you want to give up, then this sport is not for you

cheers i put a post in the diet section, I`m benching 160kg and leg pressing 380kg but getting these injurys ie shoulders and knees sore constantly.

I know its not a magical cure and would prefer not to take anything just eat right and train hard but i`ve been there tried that had many different diets and programmes over time from different pt`s but still no avail.

Just thought this could be the next step as its irritating when you see a 10stone wet thru little lad who`s training there disco muscles twice a week and taking roids after three months there pumped up water babys...looking really good...

Just thought if it work`s for them it`ll work for me...but i`ll consintrate on the diet altho i already live off eggs, chicken and whey i must need to eat more i dont know...

cheers for the response anyway fellas
