Now I am a bit gyno prone, reason for taking the Liquidex.
I was wondering from my previous cycle, I still feel a slight lump under my nipple ( 3 months ago). Should I run Nolva for a few days before starting the cycle to see if it will go away?
I would definately get rid of it before you start another cycle, you dont want titties!
Well how long should I do nolva for? and since my nolva is from the AR-R site, what should be the right amount?

Try some nolvadex at 20mg a day for a couple of weeks. Start with that dose and play with it according to results. If it gets better then taper it down to 10mg a day.
