23, 5'8, im guessing around 10%, about 191 in the morning..will get a skinfold done this week to be exact

If it were me I would pick a different show. Eight weeks isnt alot of time to diet, especially for your first show and you dont want to diet on PCT. If you are dead set on doing the show, I would start PCT now and then pick a weapon of choice sometime in January. If you 191bs @10% I am guessing you will be going in as a middeweight (176 and under) so you should have plenty of size for that class. You have a picture to post that would help determine how "ready" you are.
