    best way to fight water retention

    whats the best/effective way to fight water retention when on test e cyc (details pls)?
    nolva, clomid, light cardio??

    You can avoid water retention by limiting the amount of sodium in your diet. If you aren't keeping track of it, I guarantee you're getting too much. Become conscious of this. It's a major factor in water retention.

    Eat more fiber and vegetables. Similar to water, which cleanses the urinary tract and kidneys, fiber cleanses the colon/intestinal tract, keeping things moving smoothly which aids in the removal of excess fluid.

    Try tanning. Tanning helps to tighten up the skin, and drop excess fluid through sweating as well. A sauna may also be beneficial, but neither of these will work if you don't address the underlying dietary issues as well.

    ahh limited sodium intake, ofcourse!! silly me. ill try the tanning and sauna tips as well.

    Aromasin , about 10mg per day. It's an anti-estrogen drug.

    .5 mg of Aramidex EOD will do the trick with out a doubt as well as combat any Estrogen related side effects...Party on
