    water weight

    what is good for keeping water weight down, cant realy be botherd with moon face off my next cycle which includes d-bol

    Arimidex,aromasin,nolvadex. Lots of water,coffee and vit-c.

    Didnt think Nolva would reduce water weight as it blocks the estro receptors and dosnt affect estrogen in blood.

    I thought an AI reduced bloat as it stops the conversion of test to estrogen

    ya but letro can block estrogen up to 99%.....this is a no no because although you want water weight to go down, your body still requires estrogen to build muscle
