Hey, new to this site. Done a fair bit of research. trying to finalize.

Proposed cycle:

Test E 500mg/week - 250mg pin mon/thurs

PCT: Nolva: 40,40,20,20
Clomid: 100,50,50,50

STATS:
Age: 27
Weight: 206
Height: 5'10
Bf%: 13
Training: 10 years
Diet: In check. 7 meals perday. 350g P, 300g CHO, 70g F

Should i run HCG ? or will I recover easy??
Is it worth running an AI or have it on hand just in case of gyno/water retention??

dont worry about HCG on first cycle as you wanna see how u react to the test only, if ur gyno prone the HCG would make it worse!

Yeh grab an AI just incase of gyno, i wudnt worry about water retention even if you get it.

Some woul reccomend runnin the AI through PCT if you dont use it on cycle

Do some research, and post an article from a reputable Mod or Vet that would reccomend Deca for a first cycle. I think u will have a hard time finding one.

Test only would be considered 'Bread and Butter'

I will run the test for 12 weeks. Yeah im to scared of Deca , dont want deca dick. I am prone to gyno, had it all during my teenage years. Is it better to run the AI during the cycle or during PCT?

Also is it ok to front load first cycle. Maybe 750mg/wk first two weeks or something along the lines of that?

Dont frontload anything theres no point, just run the cycle as you suggested keep the A.I on hand in case you need it and your g2g

sigman's rite ^^^ if u start to see any symptoms of gyno use the AI

Test/deca may be "bread and butter" but not for a first-timer.

Gunnaz, you may have already read this, but kal300 wrote an excellent introduction to steroids for the newb where he advocates using a test-only cycle.

So it's better to use just one compound for the first cycle or it's nothing wrong if you go with multiple compunds?

I have in my mind to start with 400mg TestE or C/w, 400mg EQ/w and 40mg dbol /d. First two for 12 weeks.

Would that be good or I would get the same gains for the first time if I use just Test and dbol?

ur gains will be more than enough of 400mg of enth a week alone
