When should I start my pct?

Here is my anavar only cycle. Please don't comment on the anavar only cycle, just the pct dosages and time.

Week 1-8 80mgs of anavar ED.

Now, when should I start my pct? I heard it's two weeks after your last injection/tablet. Is this correct? If so, how does this look like?

Clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolvadex 40/20/20/20

Start the day after your last intake of anavar. You go by the half life. Anavar has maybe 12 hours. Test e=2 weeks after last shot.
