    question about deca

    im thinkin about running 450mg/week test e, and 600mg/week of deca ...is that too much deca?

    5'11 23 yrs old 195 lbs 14%bf. this will be my 3rd cycle and im really trying to get the most out of this one.

    still kind of young, but that ratio of test/deca would be fine. which ester test would determine when you would stop the deca in relation to the test.

    1st cycle was test c 500mgs/week for 12 weeks, and 50mgs of dbol ed for first 6 weeks

    2nd cycle test c 500mgs/week and eq 400mgs week for 12 weeks

    IMO bump the test to at least 500mg/wk. I'd drop the deca to 400mg
    How did you like the test/eq? why not run test/eq but bump eq to 600 this time around?
