Need some advive on my next cycle.. Pls

HI ALL,

IM new here so I hope im posting this in the right section.. : )
Im starting a cycle hopefully in 2 weeks and wanted some feedback from people here as my mate said he had gained some useful info through here.
Anyways here I go,
Im 35 and weigh 255 pound at 6ft even.
Body fat is at about 19%
Been training on and off for about 13 years but been solid for the last 4 years..
Ive had 4 cycles before consisting mostly of enanth and deca or Bold
A couple of times had some tren and prop.
Made some good gains on previous cycles.

BUT my next cycle I wanted to change it up a bit.

I have got 100 IU OF IGF and don’t know when to take during my cycle.
But the rest of Cycle goes like this

Week 1-4 100mg prop EOD
Week 1-12 750mg Enath
Week 1-10 400mg Bold
Week 12-16 100mg prop EOD
Week 12-16 100mg Trenbolone EOD
Week 12-16 100mg Stanazol EOD

Now never hit IGF before and done some reading and people say they like it in the beginning of there cycle and at the end in their PCT.
WOULD LOVE SOME FEEDBACK ON THIS CYCLE and what a good PCT would be for this cycle.

Your body fat is HIGH to be doing cycle. Learn to diet or you will have bloating and other issues.

Dont cycle until you are down UNDER 15%

yeah i will im in no rush to be honest..
i can wait till i get down to 15% naturally..
But as for a future cycle then does it appear good?

Too many compounds IMO. I don't think you need them all to reach whatever goal you have set yourself. Once you get to a leaner weight test prop and tren a will do anything you want given you train, eat and rest accordingly.

Lower your bodyfat as already stated. Then when you do this cycle you will get more out of it,and less side effects.
You may want to consider to run the EQ the whole 15-16 weeks.

got a question. why are you running prop at the beginning and the end? just front load test e and save the prop. dont see the logic of running both.

why winny? you bulking or cutting this cycle?

that is alot of gear to be putting down man. i would recommend hcg during cycle to combat shut down.

if you are cutting then i can see winny, if not then dont. like some have said you notice the hardness from it unless your bf comes down during the cycle. plus it dries the joints out, pretty painful unless competing.

you should run the stan/tren daily if you do. less hormonal fluctuation that way.

what were your results on your previous cycles? you are taking 2 seperate cycles an just mashing them together.

your running 1300mg (if my math is right) weeks 1-4. what were your previous doses?

Previous totals were about 1000 total..
gains were good..
thought i would try a different type of cycle..
i think ur right about the winny thou..
might leave that aside for a cutting cycle..
Also will run EQ for the duration..
anyways started a harder diet today need to get to that 15% : )

man either hit long esters or keep it short.

have it like 15 weeks bold 600 mg /week and 17 weeks test cyp 750 mg/week. could take some anavar at the beginning or anadrol depending on goals. if you got the cash why not 1000mgs primo/ week instead of the bold. .,.....

Some great feedback guys..
i was told to start with prop for the purposes of gaining instant strength and hardness until the enath and Bold kick in..
Is it necessary to run HCG during cycle or run a course of HCG and Nolvadex at the end??
not sure of of what pct should be for a cycle similar to this so i really wanna do it right this time..

you could just run an oral the first four weeks to kick start, or you can frontload test e.

why dropping test e at week 12 and running p the remaining four.

are you running tren a or tren e?

if you can get some hcg it cant hurt.

most recommend clomid/nolvadex for pct, id go the pct section and read up over there.

Your right will run Test duration of cycle..
Never run any Oral before so wouldnt know what dosage to go for.
i do have some Tren, do u think should run Tren for the last 4 weeks with some prop?
Also will look up in the pct section see if i can work something out :icon_roll

You can run hcg @ 250iu x 2 times pr week the whole cycle.
Or you can run it the last 2-3 weeks of the cycle,before pct. Run some aro with it too.
And do a basic serm pct(nolva,clomid).

Clomid is the king of raising test levels. But if you cant handle the side effects you absolutely dont have too. Nolva does a good job too.

Yeah i will run cycle with a few adjustments..

Week 1-4 100mg prop EOD
Week 1-16 750mg Enath
Week 1-14 400mg Bold
Week 12-16 100mg prop EOD
Week 12-16 100mg Trenbolone EOD

People are suggesting to drop the prop from week 1-4 and get some Oral..
what do u think?

Clomid cause vision problems,sometimes irreversible.
