I did cardio for the first time on Clen this morning and holy crap does that stuff make your heart race. I did my normal cardio workout and had to cut it back big time cause my HR shot up way too high.
I wear a heart-rate monitor and i am usually between 135-145 bpm doing this same regiment. On the clen I shot up to 170 right away, i dialed the effort level way down and was barely working hard and it was 160.
I am so glad i wear a HR monitor cause i could have easily done my normal workout and it could have been very dangerous.
Word of advice to anyone doing cardio on clen...BUY A HR MONITOR.
