    Who can help me?? Pic of me and where I want to be any input appreciated..

    Hope this is the right place.. Any input would be appreciated as I am currently stuck where I am 5' 10" 185 pounds 32 years old .. I am looking for a build like these to pics below 2pac and Wayne.. No - Homo.. This is me in the first pic. I am on a low fat high protein diet bone less chicken protein shakes etc.I work out 3 to 5 days a week weight and light cardio approx 1 hr at the gym for the last month do not eat past 8 pm. My question is what do you guys recommend to bulk me up but keep me lean not looking to be huge just solid and clean? I also have access to TEST 250 which I dont know will benefit me thats why I am here looking for advice and input.

    You need a cleaner diet and cardio. They don't have a build they are just deffined and lean. You could try like they do and sell tons of crack and run from the cops. That should get you looking like them.

    If you wanna look like lil Wayne just eat once a day and do a lot of cardio. The guy weighs like 135lbs. If you want to get lean then stop doing light cardio and actually do some real cardio. You are looking for someone to say don't change anything just take this twice a week. I'm curious as to what your diet looks like aswell.

    I wasn't trying to come across as flaming and as I read my post it could look that way. I was joking about the lil Wayne part. The rest of my post was legit. Get your cardio up and make sure your diets right and you'll get the results you're looking for.

    The basics of your question have already been answered though.

    You do NOT need testosterone to look lean. Testosterone is not a fat burner and will not make fat burning easier. It is a strength inducer and thus makes it easier to pack on weight, hopefully good muscle weight when it is a part of a serious strength program.

    Now, what's the best way to look lean? You'll have all sorts of suggestions because everyone has something that works best for them. Low carb for one, low fat for another. No matter which one you choose to follow, the essence is the same - you need to take in less calories than you spend. The best way to do that is to join an on-line calorie counter (fitday, calorie-count, etc). Judging by your weight and build, I'd say keep to <2200 kcal per day.

    Aerobic exercises will help you increase the amount of calories you can get away with. Most agree that aerobics on an empty stomach gives more bang for the buck than otherwise (you'll hit your fat reserves earlier when there's less glucose/glycogen in your system) - so exercise in the AM after waking up. You may burn a bit of muscle in early-AM aerobics, but you'll make up for it with your pumping later in the day.

    There is no easy "pill" (legal or otherwise) that will work without diet and exercise. Caffeine will increase your metabolism, and the combination with ephedrine has shown to be beneficial to increase weight loss - but only when combined with good diet and exercise.

    Diet Diet Diet will and to be honest from your first picture you will be bigger than 2pac ot lil wayne. Its hard for big guys to understand why you would want to use steroids to become so small so thats why all the laughs. But serious its all about diet, cardio, and weights.
    But you really need to focus on diet.
