Well a good diet is the main thing you need. You can use all sorts of supps while on I use:
-iso protein
-casein protein
-bcaa's
-multi vits
-glutamine
-sometimes taurine
-no xplode
-Flax oil
nice, basicly I had almost same list, except the no explode, and bcaa's so I guess it's same as training natural, thanks for advice.
