    Cool on average

    HI All

    on average how much weight should someone gain on 10 weeks of Test enanthate 500mg week it they have never taken it before?

    182lbs

    My Diet

    My Diet is
    Heigh protein lots of beef chicken with good carbs and I have
    three shakes a day on top of that which is 1500k on to of my normal diet.

    I just finished an course of M-Drol and put on 9lbs
