    Beginner cycle

I've done a bit of research over the last couple months here and there and here are my conclusion is that I should start off with test-c and nova, stay away from d-bol for my first cycle and of course maintain a good diet and intense workout.

I've also read up about many online sites offering roids that scam you, even from people in the banners on this main site. I know I can't ask where to find these directly because it's against the rules but how would I go about finding these and making sure they are a legit source?

My other question to you guys is does this mix sound right for my first cycle?

    Age 24
    Height 6' 1"
    Weight 166lbs
    BF% around 14% last time I checked
PCT Knowledge haven't really looked much in to that, so virtually none
Training Exp - been going to the gym for about 2 years now
    Diet Details
I eat about 3 bigger meals a day and 2 smaller meals. I use BSN True Mass as a filler sometimes throughout the day also. I use GNC Amplified Mass XXX after workouts which I've been doing 5 of 7 days per week for around 50 minutes each. Each meal usually consists of chicken, (sometimes turkey meat,) enriched pasta, and corn or spinach. Sometimes I toss in extra stuff for more fat or carbs, and if I haven't got much meat that day I will use the Amplifed Mass XXX protein. I use a N.O. booster sometimes and I use Megamen Sport Multivitamin.
    Goals ~180-200lbs

    About getting a source:

As far as I know... NOBODY will give you a source. You have to be a member in good standing, and have a little time here to be considered for a "Source Check". You have to show the vets/mods that you have done your research, and thet you are aware of AAS. Then, you can PM a vet/mod with a source (one you have already found), and ask if it is good to go or not. So stick around for a while. Ask some questions. And whatever you do, do not ask for a source over an open thread. You will invite scammers. They will send you emails and attempt to get your money. If you read the sticky on source check... it says that no vet/mod will ever email you trying to sell AAS.

So if you get an email offering AAS, then think twice. Also, be sure to report it

Thanks for the tip. Also here are some images that show me about two months ago when I took pictures last; so you guys can see my build and that should give you more to work with. I'll keep on hitting the forums to learn more and Google to find a source!

Also, source checks are done by discretion. Do not be impatient. Besides, if you cannot find a source on your own, you might not be ready yet imo
