quick basic question on what ED means?

does taking a certain amount each day when described in a cycle mean every day you train or mean every day of the week even days you take off (like weekends?)

..........mostly ED is described when talking about cycles..some drugs are low in mg so they need to be taken ED (everyday)....but the term ED can be used as in "i do cardio ED (everyday)...all depends on what your talking about.......

EVERYDAY - ED. Days you train mean nothing - you grow and adapt 24/7.

EOD - every other day.

ok thanks guys. on my d'bol run i would only take them days i would train five days a week. now i will take them seven days a week. same when i am on a winny run. i guess two days in a row would be a waste so i will have to split up my two days off when on certain gear (prop, winny, d'bols). thanks for the reply's
