    cutting with anavar

I'm going to cut soon but I hate to lose muscle and especially strength while cutting.
Would anavar be strong enough to retain it all when I'm on a low carb diet doing lots of cardio?
And if so, what dosage would be the minimum?

How much cardio will you be doing... I'm not as lean as I used to be a year ago but I know if you keep ur protein high and ur carbs low and add enough healthy fats u loose weight without sacrificing much, If u wanna use var to retain u would prob need to use quite a bit... Top ( another member with exp in bodybuilding) told me to structure a fat loss plan... Where I increase from diet to cardio to more cardio with diet to more cardio with diet with fatloss supps ...

I used var at 30 mg to cut for a fight and was. Satisfied but then again I'm young so my t is good and my diet was there

    I'll let others pitch in

I'm gonna cardio about 4 times a week for about 30 minutes a session. At first I will drop some fat natural but I want to cut deep after that, so that's why I'm interested in an anavar cycle.

I think it could definitely help if you use it just right.

i would try a 5th time and if u can go for the 6th time of cardio that would be optimal

then when u start doing double sessions in the day I would introduce it ...

    thats just my op

Well....I'm also doing my regulair workout so it's allready double training sessions. I was thinking to do 30 minutes cardio before breakfast and after my 6pm meal I train the muscles.
