    cutting experts needed!

    Ok im going to get on a major cut soon and wanted to sort out the best cycle for maintaining (even gaining) lean muscle mass and burning off the fat too.

    So far all i have sorted out is 500 test e/w for 12 or 15 weeks (opinions on how long the cycle should ideally last for would also be helpful)

    So is there anything else i can add to this cycle to help in any way?

    winny doesnt actually lean you out, it just hardens you up precontest to make your muscles look dense.

    tren will help you lean out by nutrient partioning, but you might not be ready for tren.

    how did you do on the test/deca cycles? lean out, bulk up, get fatter?

    i bulked up on the sust/deca and plan to bulk up for another couple of months before starting the cutting cycle. At what stage would you reccommend the use of tren? is this something you would introduce to a cycle after a couple of years of cycling? i have read that anavar and winstrol are the best orals as far as cutting goes.... would you suggest cutting on only the test and then use the winstol in the last 4 weeks of the cycle to harden up? or is winstrol something to be used from the beggining of the cycle? also what is the best sort of test to use in this situation? i was just going to use test enan will this be ok or will it make me bloat a bit? sorry about all the questions im eager to learn this stuff

    if you run an AI you can cut the bloat down.

    winny/anavar go at the end to dry/harden you up.

    you can run a short ester test instead of test e to cut down on bloat but that means pinning ed/eod instead of 2xweek.

    tren is introduced after a couple years yes, it gets wonderful results but its sides can be harsh. thus need experience with gear before adding it in.

    you wont realy see the results of winny if you arent lean, 10% or less, honestly.

    i believe bjj did an anavar only cycle, his log is posted. id read that and see what he feels worked in regards to his cycle.

    the way you have to think about it is this; you are cutting, thus calorie restricted, plus cardio. your body will burn what is the easiest to break down, muscle, by running a steriod the body repartitions where calories go and where nutrients are taken, fat vs muscle. so you can run a test only cycle and eat super clean, train hard, and do your cardio and lean out. you dont really need to add in the other compounds unless you want to get more advanced.

    i have a buddy on test C atm; he is 6'1" 240ish. at the beginning he was 230 @ 13% bf, 8 weeks later he is 240 at 11%. he put on 16lbs of muscle and took off 10lbs of fat on just a low carb diet and no cardio.

    if you add in cardio and eat clean you could do better.

    you could just run test e for 12 weeks and diet hard, if you want to add in some winny the last 4 weeks to really dial it in and harden up you can. however, test alone will get you there if all else is in check.

    with all that said, what does your pct look like?

    Very helpful info there bro, thanks for that. I think that just running the test may be the best option at this point.

    PCT im thinking clomid for 4 weeks 50,50,20,10 nolva for 4 weeks 20,20,10,10 and hcg once a week 500ui does this sound like suitable pct? if theres a better set up or a better dosage you know of that would be helpful too. and ill leave 21 days between my last shot of test and the start of the pct.
