Week 10, just found out my prop is underdosed

Week 10 sus 500 pw, prop 200mg eod
Had my mate run a test on my prop at his work, came back as 5mg/1mL as oppose to 100mg/1mL!

No reason to be upset, moving on...

Thniking of doing sus 250 eod until the end of cycle (was 14 weeks but i now run it for 16 weeks)

I got some Arimidex in had so should i use it as I increased sus amount? if yes, what dose?

Also should I stick with same pct (Nolva 40, 40, 20, 20) or include anything else?

tht sucks mate, i bumped my sust to an amp eod myself, fantastic change mid cycle, nips got alittle more painful and im a tad more aggressive, but thts it. muscle is sitting alot fuller and im lifting like crazy!

mate, at 2mL eod, think about all the oil i injected for the past 10 weeks and im trying to get cut! haha

Cool sus250 eod it is then, i prob run Arimidex to be in a safe part. Also heard taking 100mg of zinc ed would help keeping estrogen down.

i only eva have to use nolva @10mgs for three days and it clears up, repeat if ness. dont knw about the zinc thing, wudnt have faith in it tbh

yea agree just hop on the sus, as for arimidex just hold onto it

dont use it straight away, just wait and see how ur body responds, if you bloat then use .25mg daily

and if your still bloated increase it to .5mg daily, no need to go higher then that

remeber u do need some estrogen since it does promote sex drive aswell, plus strength and is anabolic, so u do need some
