First Off, I just want to say hello to the old timers and to the board. Its been a while since I have been on here but I am in a jam and need advice.
Ok guy’s here is my problem. I currently have been working overseas and prior to that was in the military for the past 15 years. Since working in Iraq I was with this company “I will leave out all names of Company’s due to security reasons” but that company got switched to another company 6 months ago. I will call the new company BIG !! Well since I have been working here we recently had a 100% Piss Test which included Steroid Testing.
Well before this Piss Test I went into our “COMPANY DOCTOR” and logged all medications I was on to include HRT Testosterone Cyp. This is proper procedure to do while being over here. I even went in the “COMPANY DOCTOR’S” office once a week and he would give me my shot. Well since the Piss test we just had they are now probably going to fire all the guys that are taking HRT.
BIG Company Doctor even stated that what we are doing is not illegal because a Birth Control Pill is even considered HRT. And they cannot discriminate against us. But we all still believe that we will be fired over this.
My question is, if we do get fired does anyone know of a GOOD Lawyer that deals with this kind of stuff because they will have ruined a lot of peoples reputation and this is BULLSHIT!! PLEASE HELP if you have any suggestions or comments to make on this matter.
