    Cyp250, Decaplex 300, stanaplex 50, methanoplex 10mg tabs

    Hi,

    I have been for the past 5 weeks using cyp 250 (twice a week) and 50mg Methanoplex daily. I have made some satisfactory gains but will be staking the following for the next 5 weeks.

    Methanoplex 50mg (5 tabs daily)
    Cyp 250 - twice weekly = 500mg per week
    Decaplex 300 - twice weekly = 600 mg per week
    Stanoplex 50 - twice weekly = 100mg per week.

    I would really appreciate some feedback from the more experienced members as to what I could expect from this cycle and what do yout think of the cycle?

    I have taken naps for about 8 weeks 50mg towards end of last year, been on cyp 250 (500mg per week) and 50MG methanoplex daily for about 6 weeks now.... want to go big, I heard you should try and take as much as possible for quality results

    Thanks mate, Anaps are one of the harshest Steroids around on ur liver, But PLEASE, dont take that advice, Thats the worst someone can tell u. U are not going to like to hear this, the only time u will get big is if u EAT big, u can take all the juice u want, but if u dont take enough protein, carb and essential fats combo u wont grow anymore... The more juice ull take the worst side effects ull get.
    I will tell you what helps me getting bigger, obviously my diet will be spot on, but Test E @ 500-750mg per week and Tren A @ 50mg Every Other Day from week 4. Please make sure u educate yourself 100% regarding side effects of Tren.

    Thanks for the advice Diablo. My current diet isa follows:

    6:00am Large bowl of oats
    9:00am hard mass (muscleworks) shake (3 scoops)
    12:00 6 slices of lowgi soy lin bread with peanut butter / pasta / pap
    15:00 hard mass (muscleworks) shake (3 scoops)
    post workout hard mass (muscleworks) shake (3 scoops) and piece of fruit
    dinner: 800gram pasta
    before bed: hard mass (muscleworks) shake (3 scoops)
    wake up twice through the night and have hard mass (muscleworks) shake (3 scoops)

    What do you think?

    Big i am 27, 100kg, 1,83meters, body fat ?? still need to research the pct.... any advice?

    Pleasure mate, I see too much "shake" in your diet and not enough actual food, remember, the shake should be a Supplement, and not a replacer...I also dont see any Meat/Chicken/Fish in your diet. And the bread, lol, aint going to help with anything.
    My Diet looks like this

    06:00am 6 Egg whites with 50g of Whey Low Carb shake and 1 scoop of peanut butter
    08:00am 400g of chicken breat and 2 eggs (boiled)
    10:30am 1 Banana
    11:30am Carb Meal (Spagetti..etc)
    12:15am Pre Workout Shake
    12:30-13:45 Gym
    14:00pm Coke
    14:30pm Boiled Eggs and 250g chicken breast
    16:00pm Post Workout shake
    17:30pm 250g Mash and 1 chicken breast
    19:30pm 300g rice with beetroot and 200g fish
    before bed ill have 40g of Peanut butter
    Also note ill am on 35g of ***** 3 Salmon oil as well.

    Yeah i also stayed in the South, but training at work, we have a full Gym here. Funny, i dont see much Saffas on this board.

    What do you think ur Bodyfat percentage is? Please go read up on PCT, do a search, the Deca will SHUT you NADS down, it will make u not get an errection if u dont follow a decent PCT.

    Ideally would be around 12-14%. U need to jump on Cardio for atleast the next 8-10 months, until you are around the 12-14% bf mark... Truit me on this one

    Ur goal would be to get around the 80Kg mark. First get a solid base before taking AAS
