Test E beginner cycle - First cycle
Stats - 23 years old
Bulking cycle
187 pounds
10.7% bodyfat
1-12w Test E 500/mg
1-4w 40mg dbol /day
8-12w insulin 5IU Post-workout / maybe 5 in morning also (debating)
2-12w HCG 500 IU/week
pct
Nolva - 4 weeks
clomid - 3 weeks
Suplements -
Milk Thistle
BCAA
Creatine - celltech
Weight Gainers - GNC
Protein shake - GNC
NO
Multivitamins
Flax Seed Oil
Workout Schedule
Starting Thursday due to only getting my gear at that time, took 1 week break, with light cardio, and little bit of weight lifting.
20-40 min light cardio every morning.
Thursday - Chest / Abs
Friday - Biceps / Forearms
Saturday - Triceps / Legs
Sunday - off
Monday - Back / Abs
Tuesday - Shoulders / Calves
Wed - off
Diet -
7:30am - 8 eggs white / 2 cups of oatmeal or 3 eggos / flax seed oil / banana
9:00am - Weight Gainer Shake
10am - Plate of pasta + beef / 1/2 protein shake BCAA
11:30am - 2 oranges, NO Supplement
1pm - Weight gainer shake + creatine supplement
2:30pm - Plate of pasta + beef / 1/2 protein shake Flax seed oil
4pm - Weight gainer
5:30pm - 2 patatos + can of tuna + bcaa
7pm - plate of pasta + beef / 1/2 protein shake / flax seed oil
9:30 - 11pm - Cotage cheese / some fruits
Also will be ingesting 1/2 can of cashews every day, between meals
Sadly I don't know exactly the calorie amount, I probably should measure it but I'm too lazy .
Will update with all the information every day.
and I don't advise to do this cycle before 25.

I thought my cycle looked good, if you have any suggestions go for it, I'm all up for critisism.
and if it is for the insulin , I did do 3 weeks prior to this cycle to make sure I knew how it worked before I did this AAS cycle.

I might switch my dbol to 20 mg per week for first week see if my body reacts well to it.

From what I've read about Insulin bro, it's not for first timers...either pros or no-one...It is very very dangerous and can have disastrous/fatal side effects.
The Test will work well for your first cycle and the D'bol will kick it off nicely. 40mg should be ok but the amount varies with each individual...Should see some good gains.
Measure your cals and have a look at the calorific ratio to ensure it is clean enough.
Taper your PCT over the 4 weeks...

Your young still bro. No need to conquer the world on the first go around. You'll be amazed at what a test only cycle the first time will do for you with proper diet, rest and training. Save that other junk for down the road.

my diet isn't good because it has too many weight gainers, but I eat every 1 hour and a half, and I can't take meals at that interval, so I take weight gainers.
I don't get fat, so I just take as much calories as possible,

Advice: Train for another 2-3 years before touching AAS, get your diet on point, drop the slin, drop the dbol to 20-25mg per day.

Why the heck are you taking crappy ass GNC weight gainers when you are taking steroids ? Replace the calories you get from those useless weight gainers with some real food. You will get a lot bigger, and look a lot better. There are more sugar and useless carbohydrates in those things than a box of chocolates. You will put on more fat than muscle using them. Testosterone increases nutrient uptake and protein synthesis by a ridiculous amount. It will help you utilize all of the nutrients in your foods. Eat food, and know how many calories you are taking in, otherwise, you will get get horrible results.

I take the weight gainers post workout, I work out 2-3 times a day, and I live 1 hour from where I workout, and I ain't paying 30-50$ a day for food to go eat in restaurant + my grocery
Without the Weight Gainers my body is taking as much calories as it should, I just do a decent amount of cardio and I don't want my body to go on a catabolic rampage on my muscles while I drive home.

Take a protein shake post-workout, not a weight gainer. Why the hell would you go to a restaurant? Where did that even come from? Restaurant food is a big no-no. Even food that seems healthy there is smothered with butter and fats. As I said before, don't take weight gainers to get your calories in. They are packed with sugar and don't have what you need. Eat food to get calories. Food has nutrients. Those nutrients will help you to grow, and I mean grow big. That crappy GNC weight gainer won't make you grow. You said before you had no idea how many calories you are taking in, so how do you know you are getting the right amount? Also, having the "right" amount of calories doesn't mean much. why are you working out 3 times a day?
If you have a decent diet you won't go catabolic, especially with the added test in your system.
And if you don't want to spend a lot on food, then this sport probably isn't for you. Alot of the guys on here have ridiculous food bills, but we do it, because we enjoy what we do.

Got a bit of a headache probably not enough water, so I'll be drinking way more

The pain is finnaly easing down w00t w00t, I can finnaly sit down without doing a big commotion.
Did legs today pretty nice workout,
220 on squats first time(squatting w weights),
600 45* leg press
120 on front lunges

Hehe i remember reading your insulin cycle...im 23 and just started my first cycle too i think its the perfect age but alot on this site will disagree, as long as u have a good base and diet and base youll be fine.... If i were you i would cut out the cardio and sports if possible just bc your burnig calories that you could be feeding your muscles with plus test dries out your joints so it would be wise to tone if down a bit, good luck
