Starting Thursday due to only getting my gear at that time, took 1 week break, with light cardio, and little bit of weight lifting.
20-40 min light cardio every morning.
Thursday - Chest / Abs
Friday - Biceps / Forearms
Saturday - Triceps / Legs
Sunday - off
Monday - Back / Abs
Tuesday - Shoulders / Calves
Wed - off
Diet -
7:30am - 8 eggs white / 2 cups of oatmeal or 3 eggos / flax seed oil / banana
9:00am - Weight Gainer Shake
10am - Plate of pasta + beef / 1/2 protein shake BCAA
11:30am - 2 oranges, NO Supplement
1pm - Weight gainer shake + creatine supplement
2:30pm - Plate of pasta + beef / 1/2 protein shake Flax seed oil
4pm - Weight gainer
5:30pm - 2 patatos + can of tuna + bcaa
7pm - plate of pasta + beef / 1/2 protein shake / flax seed oil
9:30 - 11pm - Cotage cheese / some fruits
Also will be ingesting 1/2 can of cashews every day, between meals
Sadly I don't know exactly the calorie amount, I probably should measure it but I'm too lazy .
Will update with all the information every day.
and I don't advise to do this cycle before 25.
